Residence B’nai Brith House Montreal is a home for the elderly with an eco-conscience.
Since opening in 2007, the residence, which houses 105 people, has been composting on site. Once a day, every day, organic waste from the communal cafeteria is dumped into a large brown bin in the backyard.
