FREDERICTON (CUP) - I love sports, and always have. For as long as I can remember, sports have been a big part of my life. From first watching and playing them, to now writing about and studying them, there has never been a time when sports haven't been important to me.

Alberta golden!

The Alberta Golden Bears defeated the Lakehead Wolves 3-2 in the Championship game of the CIS men's hockey National Championships. It was Alberta's 12th National Championship. The game was played in front of 7,615 at Rexall Place in Edmonton.

Stingers finish fourth at CIS championships

After defeating the Laval Rouge et Or to become Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec champions, the Concordia Stingers travelled to Antigonish, Nova Scotia to participate in the Canadian Interuniversity Sport championship. Along with the Stingers, the six team tournament included the hosts St. Francis Xavier X-Women, Alberta Pandas, Guelph Gryphons, Acadia Axewomen and Queen's Golden Gaels.
