Judicial Board annuls election

The Concordia Student Union Judicial Board decided to annul the November/December elections after days of deliberation. This leaves the union without an executive as of Wednesday.
At the same time, the Representative Union was cleared of any wrongdoing, while RU executive candidate Sharon Koifman was fined $20 for trying to influence the vote on election day. He has been disqualified from the slate.
The Board has ordered the Council of Representatives to appoint an interim executive. The council’s next meeting is Wednesday night.
