Min Zaman is a great little fast food restaurant on the corner of Guy and Lincoln that opened a mere four weeks ago.
They specialize in making fresh, home-style food at an affordable price for people on the go, but the atmosphere also caters to those who may want simply hang out and enjoy the food.
Min Zaman serves authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine, focusing on healthy eating by serving a variety of fresh meals.
Their plat du jour is usually, a choice of two or three hot meals served with a freshly tossed salad and a pita for a very affordable price of $5.99.
If you are not in the mood for something heavy I would suggest trying one of their sandwiches made on traditional style “Markouk” bread, which is a flat bread that you can stuff with a variety of fillings.
Their fresh salads are also great for a quick snack. My personal favorites are the chickpea salad and the fresh garden salad topped with vinaigrette.
