Discriminatory Content Not Acceptable

The title of Louise Solomita’s article ‘Student Feels Gypped by ConU Admin’ is absolutely unacceptable. Being ‘gypped’ refers to being short changed. It implies that in dealing with Gypsies being short changed is just an expected occurance. How can this have happened? This after the big fancy disclaimer saying that racist or xenophobic references are not publishable. I suppose the only acceptable ones left are ‘getting gypped’ and maybe calling Inuit as ‘Eskimos’. This really sucks eggs.
