CSU to hold anti-racism conference

The Concordia Student Union is organizing a conference on
racism and anti-Semitism scheduled for early March 2003. The tentatively
planned three-day session is being put together as the result of incidents
of violence (September 9, 2002 riot) and conflicts among different groups at
the university itself.

“Because of what happened last semester, there has
been lots of talk of people being anti-Jewish and the administration being
racist against Arabs. The CSU has decided to address these issues,”
explained Aaron Mat
