CSU VP Communications Yves Engler has had his request for an appeal denied.
Earlier in the semester, Engler was given a one semester suspension for his part in creating a hostile environment at the university during the violent Sept. 9 protests, and a $500 fine for stickering on school property. Engler denies all charges.
