Use of e-mail instead of regular mail

I would like to propose the use of e-mail instead of regular mail to deliver important messges to potential international students abroad.

Same way we can register our children to CSU thru internet, same way CSU should use internet to answer back and get in touch with potential international students.

My daughter Melissa Bustillo, who is wishing very hard to start studies at CSU, missed a deadline to present additional documents. A CSU request letter for additional documents sent by CSU to our home mail, took almost 2 month to reach her. Our mail services are very inefficient due to short budgets.

If CSU would have used internet, this would never happened. Same request letter for additional documents could have been asked to her using her e-mail, and now she wouldn’t be so worry about beign rejected for the Fall semester.

Thanks a lot for giving me the chance to express as a concerned parent, wishing the best for our children and best for CSU too. I hope she finnaly makes it for this Fall 2003.
