Advertising Information

Hi! Me and a few other concordia students are forming a business plan for a project about a business venture we are looking to pursue. One of the main sections in the business plan is marketing. I was wondering if we wanted to place an advertisement in your newspaper concerning our business, how would I go about doing that? More specifically, how much would it cost to advertise in 1/4 of a page? 1/2 page? full page?
if you could please let me know this information, it would greatly help us out.
