If you have a certain album you and a friend enjoying discussing, obsessing over, listening to, and then discussing some more, then you’re probably in good company. There’s something to be said about the mutual enjoyment of a record that anchors the experience of the music deeper into the subconscious. But what do you do if you discover a record, old or new, that is lauded by you and you only? You would probably sit and ruminate between listening on how much you enjoy the music, and perhaps any praise you have would fall on deaf ears.
