An annual protest denouncing police brutality turned ugly on Thursday with police arresting 15 people.
Six of the arrested were minors. The charges range from arson, assault on a police officer, mischief and illegal assembly.
Last year, 33 people were arrested. A police officer also had a bottle hurled into her face.
